A.L.I. offers yearly language immersion program to more than 1500 international and local students form all over the world. Programs include intensive ESL and FSL, business communication language courses, exam preparation, university pathway programs and many more.

Courses

Certificate Preparation - DELF

DELF is equivalent to TOEFL. This class will prepare you for the DELF exam with a focus on developing the four language skills of reading, writing, speaking, and listening. If you wish to immigrate in Canada or study in a French University, DELF is the class for you!


Certificate Preparation - TEfaq

The TEFAQ test evaluates your general knowledge of French by assessing your understanding and speaking skills. This test is used for immigration, business and general purposes. Our program will help you prepare for the test.


English Courses

Learn English with ALI (Académie Linguistique Internationale) in downtown Montreal, one of the biggest multilingual cities in the world. ALI offers 8 different levels of English courses to accommodate learners with all levels of proficiency. You can take Regular English Courses which is only 20 hours per week. This program allows you to explore the city while you're learning English in Montreal.

You also have the option of Intensive and Super Intensive classes if you aim to improve faster and get ready for your education/work/life in English as soon as possible. Groups are small (max 16 students per class) to provide you with enough attention.

Advanced students may take advantage of free additional classes. You can take business communication classes, IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC preparation, or participate in movie/music conversation.


French Courses

ALI offers French courses in Montreal in 8 different levels and 3 different intensities. You have the option of regular (20 hours/w), Intensive (25 hours/w) or super intensive (30 hours/week). At the beginning you take an entrance test to find the best level for you.

When you reach upper intermediate levels you have the possibility of taking elective classes like business communication or culture of Quebec at no extra cost.


University Pathways

This course is for international students who aim to study at a Canadian or American college/university. This program helps students to reach the level of English language necessary for academic success. ALI has formed partnership with many universities and colleges in US and Canada to help students with a seamless application and visa process. Our team will help you with your letter of acceptance, student visa application and other steps of your academic planning. After graduation from these colleges/universities, you'll be able to apply for Canadian permanent resident status.
