To send us any feedback, report a bug or if you need guidance, you can log into your software and use the ticketing system at the top right corner under the help icon.

In case you are new to the platform, you can book an onboarding meeting from the top right corner of the screen after you log in. We help you set up the system and go through the core functionalities with you to make sure you take advantage of the system to its full potential.

Our support team is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. We observe Canada and Québec's statutory holidays. Our maximum process time for support tickets is one business day considering our opening hours.
